We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on Sunmade Hair's Advanced Formula when you purchase 3 or 6 bottles. You must use the vitamins as directed for 90 days. Returns are accepted 90 days after the purchase date, up to one year from the purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product. It’s important to KEEP YOUR BOTTLES. You must return the bottles to be eligible for a refund - even if they are empty. Only bottles that are returned back will be refunded. The maximum number of bottles you can return is 6.
Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping to our facility.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened product and get a full refund of the purchase price up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Week and Semi Annual Sales are final sale items. If you would like to return your order you must ship back your bottles for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer must pay for return shipping.
- Submit a return request. Please allow our Sunmade Customer care team up to 48 hours to approve this request. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed.
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Sunmade does not cover the return shipping cost.
- Please allow 1-2 business days once Sunmade has received the returned package to process your return. Once we have completed the return, you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please note, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
